Project involved: corporate identity, tone of voice & print communications.
The Cardinal's Hat is one of the oldest pubs in Lincoln, named after Cardinal Wolsey, Bishop of Lincoln, in 1515. The pub prides itself on rare products with worldwide niche beers and flavours that you won't find elsewhere in the city. The task at hand was to create a brand that would set them apart from other real ale establishments in the local area. 
Their religious heritage became a point of difference as we set out to create an irreverent brand using religious symbolism with a tongue in cheek tone of voice.
